1. Serve

Shift your mindset to what you can give instead of what you can get. Act in the best interest of others.

2. Ask

Don't Give Advice. Only by asking questions you can surface the real problem to be solved, find real motivations and gain clarity.

3. Listen

Listen more, talk less. Listening is a competitive advantage. Everything the client says matter.

4. Empathize

Understand client's pain. Help them to relieve it by concentrating on the feeling not the solution.

5. Summarize

Play back what you heard. This is your opportunity to demonstrate you understand them. Ask "Did I get this right?"
